This shop started as somewhere to put all those interesting little bits that one collects, and has no immediate use for. It soon developed into a project in its own right, especially when I decided to make the upstairs student rooms into what my own two (then) student's rooms looked like!

 
 

 

Here you can see the inside of the shop, with the student rooms above.  The shop is jam-packed with all sorts of stuff. Some collected from holiday destinations, and some specially made.

 
The old gentleman who owns the shop is
 reading the Financial Times.  He rents out two of the upstairs  rooms to students.

 
He claims that he caught this magnificent salmon after an epic battle in a Scottish 
river, but he is know to stretch the truth occasionally!

 

 
The shop is full of exotic pieces. The jug in the window (above) came from Greece, and the little Buddahs and the cork carving (right) are from China.
The silver tankard on the table (above right) was made by my daughter on a silversmithing course.
